Sending you a collaborative Christmas

Each year, Loxleys posts over 200 Christmas cards to publishers, designers and industry friends to celebrate the festive season and share our #cardmitment to the tradition of posting cards. This year, we have worked in collaboration with Illustration students at Sheffield Hallam University, using our cards as a platform to showcase new creative talent.

The illustration students entered their designs in a competition, with the winning design going to print. The winner has also received 100 printed greeting cards to share with family and friends or to sell at events or online. Thank you to all the students who took part in the competition for their efforts and brilliant entries, which can be seen in our gallery below.

We are pleased to announce the winner of our Christmas card design competition is Leah-May with her festive postbox scene. Her designs has now been printed and posted to greeting card businesses across the UK as part of the GCA’s Festive Friday campaign and will be enjoyed by many this Christmas season.

Loxleys marketing team have shared the following message “Congratulations Leah! It’s been a joy to see your design come to life. We hope you enjoy the rest of your time at university and look forward to seeing more of your illustration work in the future”
