Single and transit pack wrapping
We understand that each retailer requires something slightly different when receiving stock and at Loxleys we offer multiple bagging solutions to ensure your product is retailer ready in every format. We offer single closed wrap, single open wrap and flow wrap transit pack options.
Paper Banding
Our fully automated paper bander is a plastic free alternative to transit wrapping. The bander groups together multiple cards and envelopes, safely securing them in a plastic free paper band, ready for dispatch in a 5/6/1 format.
Price Labelling
As part of our production process, we are able to apply price labels and stickers in a range of shapes, sizes, colours and locations.
Secure-seal clasp labels
Secure-seal clasp labels are made using plastic free, easy peel stickers that are applied around a nested greeting card and envelope. This combination creates the perfect zero plastic retail ready ‘naked card’, available within both our Litho and Digital departments.
Nesting
Nesting – Nesting enables a card and envelope to be presented together as one unit at retail. We place the envelope inside the individual folded card before paper banding in units for transit, usually 6’s
Direct to Retail
To complete our production service, we offer direct to retailer shipping, eliminating the need to store stock in your studio or warehouse. We handle deliveries of 1-2 boxes through to 10-20 pallets.
